Roborock is expanding its lawn care lineup in the U.S. with the RockMow X120H LiDAR, a premium robot mower that ditches perimeter wires and leans heavily on LiDAR and AI for navigation. Available now with a temporary $700 price cut, the X120H targets larger properties and tougher terrain than the recently launched RockNeo Q110H.
LiDAR and AI Bring Precision to Large Lawns
The X120H uses LiDAR vision to scan, map, and navigate lawns completely wire-free. It can cover up to one acre and stores itself in a base station that can be installed indoors or outdoors. Onboard AI obstacle avoidance identifies static objects and mows around them, while also recognizing humans and pets – turning to avoid collisions. Tall obstacles, however, are no issue: if they’re higher than the mower, it simply drives underneath and continues cutting.

Built for Tough Terrain and Low Maintenance
All-wheel drive and a dynamic suspension system give the X120H the muscle to handle 80% slopes (about 38.7 degrees) and cross obstacles up to 3.1 inches tall. The floating cutting deck is nearly 10 inches wide and holds six durable blades, staying in close contact with ground contours for an even trim. Users can adjust the cutting height from 1.6 to 3.5 inches.
Weather isn’t a problem either. The mower is IPX6 rated, meaning it withstands heavy rain and washes down with a garden hose. A built-in rain sensor automatically stops mowing and sends it back to the charger, then resumes once conditions dry out.
